After completing his academic studies of law and history in Bonn and Bielefeld, Mr. Bouillon completed his internship in Düsseldorf. He embarked on his career path as an attorney in 2002.
One of his stints was the position of a scientific staff member in the German parliament. He also worked for the German Railway System for many years, where he was in charge of strategic transportation policies as well as the planning and realization of complex railway infrastructure measures.
Attorney-at-law Bouillon counsels public sector clients and funding entities of infrastructural facilities, such as ports and other modes of transportation. He also advises associations and representatives of political interests in infrastructural and traffic policies.
He is a member of various industry associations who frequently assumes the role of speaker or moderator at related industry events.
